1. About Pulsezymor

Pulsezymor is a Finnish luxury hospitality curator headquartered in Helsinki. We act as an independent intermediary that introduces discerning travelers to a hand-selected portfolio of luxury hotels in Finland — including properties in Savonlinna, Mariehamn, and Rovaniemi. Pulsezymor is not the owner or operator of these properties.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or concierge services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • The information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will not use our services in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful manner.

3. Concierge & Reservation Services

Pulsezymor's role is to facilitate communication and arrangements between you and the partner property of your choice. The contractual relationship for the actual stay, dining, spa, transport, or experience is formed directly between you and the partner property or supplier.

3.1 Inquiry & Confirmation

When you submit a concierge inquiry, our team will respond within 24 hours to discuss preferences, availability, and pricing. A reservation becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by the partner property and any required deposit is settled.

3.2 Pricing & Currency

Rates published on our website are indicative and may vary based on season, occupancy, length of stay, and special requests. All prices are typically quoted in Euros (EUR) and may be subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and tourism fees.

3.3 Payment

Payment is made directly to the partner property unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, deposits, and prepayment requirements vary per property and rate type and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies depend on the property, room type, and rate selected. Specific terms are disclosed in your booking confirmation. In general:

  • Flexible rates — typically allow free cancellation up to 48–72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Advance-purchase rates — are usually non-refundable from the moment of confirmation.
  • Peak-season and holiday bookings — may carry stricter conditions.
  • No-shows — generally result in full forfeiture of the booking.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued by the partner property using the original payment method, typically within 14 business days.

5. Travel Documentation & Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other documentation required for travel to Finland. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and trip interruption.

6. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Reproducing, distributing, or republishing content without written permission.
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or copy the website.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its servers.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Interfering with the operation of the site or its security mechanisms.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Casino Facilities Disclosure

Several partner hotels feature casino facilities as part of their broader luxury entertainment offering. Pulsezymor itself does not promote, organize, or facilitate gambling. Where casino facilities exist, they are operated by licensed third parties under Finnish or Åland Islands law. 10. Limitation of Liability

Pulsezymor acts solely as a curator and intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish and EU law:

  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of any third-party property or supplier.
  • We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful code.
  • Our aggregate liability arising from any reservation arranged through Pulsezymor shall not exceed the commission, if any, received by Pulsezymor for that booking.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

Pulsezymor and partner properties shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or transport disruptions.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulsezymor and its partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

14. Modifications to These Terms

Pulsezymor reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and apply prospectively. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
